Our Vada (potato fritter) is made with boiled potatoes mashed with mustard seeds, turmeric, green chillies, and fresh curry leaves, then shaped into rounds, dipped in chickpea flour batter, and deep-fried until golden. Served in soft pav with garlic chutney and fried green chilli — a true taste of Maharashtra at NMKB's Mumbaaayi.
